Onegini Customer Service

Onegini Customer Service provides helpdesk employees with a tool to manage the users within Onegini CIM and their devices in the Onegini Token Server. It is mainly targeted at customers who have trouble or questions about the account registration process or the usage of their account. The helpdesk employee can see the latest events that happened on an account, directly reset or block accounts, update account data, and verify the caller.
