Google authenticator Configuration

In TOTP uri generation only one parameter can be configured, it is Issuer. Default value is Onegini. It can be configured using Custom Messages in admin panel with key personal.totp.activate.issuer, so it can be localized. If translations are not needed the default locale may be used to use it globally.
